Planned Maintenance Dispatcher

Currently, we are seeking a Planned Maintenance Dispatcher to support our Piscataway, New Jersey location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

Schedule PM service repairs and dispatch planned maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion

Receive service requests from customers and coworkers

Enter information into the computer

Assist with paperwork and prepare reports

May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors

Requirements:

Dispatch experience strongly preferred

Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be a team player

Pleasant phone demeanor

Stable work history

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
