Dispatcher
Part-time & Full-time positions available

You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle and driver schedules and troubleshooting issues that arise due to driver and/or equipment changes, customer needs, and other planned and unplanned events. Requirements:

• Schedule Operators and Coaches accordingly.
• Communicate with drivers regarding their schedule, equipment assignment, and customer needs.
• Verify Hours of Service and Fit for Duty Requirements through our check-in procedures.
• Document on time, tardiness, call-offs, and operator issues.
• Coordinate last minute changes with Sales, Maintenance, and/or drivers.
• Monitor phone calls, communicate any issues, and review paperwork turned in by drivers.
• Respond effectively to schedule changes, driver-related issues, traffic, and/or bus issues which arise daily.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Act as a liaison with customers, answer general questions, and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Ability to understand the cause/effect of decisions and how they impact operations.
• Basic computer skills.
