Position:  Maintenance Worker 5210-244

YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices, and external infrastructure of the buildings.

Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment according to local and fire safety requirements.

Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replacing windows, ordering parts supplies, and securing township permits as needed. This position also includes incidental seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and raking leaves.

Schedule:

• Full-Time:
  Mon.
  
  - Fri.
  
  - 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Position requires availability to be On-Call for emergencies.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/Equivalent (GED)
• 1-5 years of maintenance/building work experience

Education: High School or better.

Experience: 1 year of performing minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replacing windows, ordering parts supplies, and securing township permits as needed.

Licenses & Certifications: Drivers License
